Bethany Christian Academy is a tuition funded institution. The tuition payments can be made in monthly installments. Students receive a 5% discount if the yearly tuition is paid on or before the first day of classes.
All tuition is due before the first day of school
Application Fee: $50.00 (non-refundable & is no guarantee acceptance into BCA)
Registration Fee: $575.00
6th Grade Science Camp: $150.00 (due by the end of the 1st qtr.)
Eighth Grade Mission Trip: $300.00
Graduation Fee: $150.00 (due by the end of the 1st qtr.)
Uniform Fee: $500.00
Book Fee: $800.00 (Included in Registration Fee)
Testing Fee: $200.00
ANNUAL TUITION: $4,160.00
The annual tuition requires 10 equal monthly payments.
Non-Constituent students (non-members of the Seventh-day Advent church)
Constituent students (member of the Seventh-day Advent Church):
5% discount - yearly tuition paid in full at registration
10% discount - second child of the same immediate family and/or legal guardian (proof of legal guardianship may be required).
15% discount - third child of the same immediate family and /or legal guardian (proof of legal guardianship may be required).
All tuition payment arrangements must be honored in a timely manner. Payments are due by the 5th of each month. For inquiries about student accounts, contact Ms. Womack, Office Manager or Mrs. Mahone, Business Manager. All accounts with balances must be cleared within the first week of May.
