Joining the BCA family is simple! Follow these four steps to begin your scholar’s educational journey.
Step 1: Visit BCA — Experience The BCA Way!

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:
- Tour our campus and classrooms.
- Observe our dedicated teachers and engaged scholars.
- Learn about our academic curriculum and spiritual programs.
- Meet with a school administrator.
- Ask questions about tuition, financial assistance, and enrollment.
We encourage all prospective families to schedule a campus tour.
Step 2: Apply to BCA
Ready to become part of the BCA family? Complete our online admissions application.
Your application includes:
- Scholar Information
- Parent/Guardian and Family Information
- Previous School Information
- Additional Required Forms
- Parent/Guardian Signature
- $50 Application Fee
Step 3 : Family Interview & Academic Assessment
At BCA, we value strong partnerships between families and our school.
As part of the admissions process:
- Family Interview: All prospective families participate in a required interview with school administration.
- Academic Assessment: All new scholars complete an academic assessment to help us identify their academic strengths and instructional needs.
- Personalized Support: Assessment results help us plan appropriate academic support for each scholar.
We encourage families to schedule their interviews and assessments as early as possible.

Step 4: Make It Official — Welcome to the BCA Family!
Once your scholar has been accepted, you will receive an official acceptance letter from Bethany Christian Academy.
To finalize enrollment:
- Review and accept your admissions offer.
- Submit all required enrollment documents.
- Pay the applicable registration fee.
- Complete any remaining enrollment requirements.
